
With over 20 years of experience, Coach Phillips has achieved remarkable success in football, athletic development and recruitment. Coach Phillips has helped 30+ Football players reach the D1 level with many going on to the CFL. Coach Phillips has won two BC AAA Championships. Once as the Head Coach at Centennial in 2009, and as an assistant with Lord Tweedsmuir in 2025. These results demonstrate a deep knowledge of the recruiting landscape, strong mentorship, and a passionate commitment to seeing athletes succeed.
Ms. Marino provides academic leadership and oversight for the school’s innovative online learning model. She ensures all programs meet rigorous educational standards while remaining flexible, inclusive, and student-centered for our athletes preparing for their next stage.
With over 20 years of experience in education, Ms. Marino holds a Bachelor of Education with specializations in Inclusive Education, Speech and Language, and a POPARD diploma. She oversees curriculum alignment, program development, and instructional quality, creating personalized academic pathways that balance accessibility with high expectations. Her mission is to bridge academic excellence with real-world flexibility, ensuring a supportive and future-focused educational experience.

A specialist in Defensive Back development and player advancement, Coach Spencer has helped 17 players move on to University Programs, (Including 3 to the Division 1 level since 2024) in 5 seasons of coaching High School and Junior Football. Coach Spencer also spent 2 years coaching Linebackers and Running Backs at the NCAA Division 2 level. Coach Spencer excels in relationship building which has helped build connections to Universities in Canada and the United States.
The name Lemar Durant speaks for itself in British Columbia. In 2009 he was named Provincial MVP for BC as he led Centennial Secondary to a AAA Provincial Championship. Following this, he accepted a scholarship to the University of Nevada. After suffering a knee injury, he returned home to Simon Fraser University where he put up 2,392 receiving yards and 26 TDs in only 23 games. He was then drafted to the Calgary Stampeders where he would be named Most Outstanding Canadian in their 2018 Grey Cup victory. Coach Durant retired in 2023 after 7 CFL Seasons.
Coach Nunez has become a specialist in athletic development following his own career. Coach Nunez received a scholarship to play Linebacker at D2 Minnesota-Crookston. As a true freshman he recorded 23 tackles, 1 FF, 1 INT and 1 PBU. He would then finish his career at Simon Fraser. He works as an Athletic Performance Coach, developing athletes in many sports.

Coach Felix is a known technician of Offensive Line play. He has been coaching offensive linemen for 3 years after finishing his own pro career where he played for the Calgary Stampeders and BC Lions before going overseas to France, Spain, and Australia. He has become known as one of the premier offensive line coaches in the area, having already helped many players receive scholarships in only a short time.
